How to Track Your Order on AliExpress

You have placed that order on AliExpress, but it may take 8 to 90 days to receive it.

The question on your mind now is “how can I track my order?”

Tracking is important, you get a clue of where your item is or where it should be at any point in time.

Here are the steps to track your orders on AliExpress.

Step 1: Check your Orders

Open the AliExpress app and go to Orders by clicking on Account at the bottom menu. If you are on a desktop, click on the Account icon at the top right and select My Orders.

Once you click on Account, you will see your Orders.

Step 2: Select the Shipped option

AliExpress makes it super easy to view all your orders and also view orders based on their current status. You can quickly see orders that have been shipped.

Now click on the Shipped option. If you ordered more than one item, you may see multiple orders that have been shipped.

Step 2: Track each order

On each order in the Shipped section, you will see a Track Order button, click on it. This will open up the tracking page.

You can only be able to track your order on the AliExpress mobile app or the desktop web.

Not all tracking pages actually look the same. Sometimes you may even receive tracking information via email.

But as you can see from the screenshot above, it shows my order has left Departure Country(China) and is now in Destination Country (Nigeria).

Choose the right shipping option

Your ability to track an order really depends on the shipping option you selected; not all shipping options offer order tracking.

Orders with “free shipping” usually don’t have Tracking Available. The reason is that the seller for business reasons will ship the item with a low-cost shipping service that doesn’t offer a Tracking option.

There are many shipping options on AliExpress that offer tracking, FedEx, DHL, EMS, AliExpress Standard Shipping, etc.

Most experience shoppers usually prefer AliExpress Standard Shipping because it is relatively less expensive and you can be able to track your order.

Irrespective of the shipping option — free or paid, check if there is Tracking Available as you can see above. To see this, tap on the shipping details where you see Delivery (on mobile you may scroll down below the item).

Also, an order may display “Tracking Available”, but you may not be able to track the order after a certain point or the tracking may be slow to update.
