Thousands of students are leaving school every year and wondering why no one is willing to hire them.

The truth is, it is difficult today to get a job with just your university degree. To maximize your chance, you will need to have tech skills — on demand.

According to a Bloomberg report, African startups raised more than $5B in 2021, and all of them are technology companies. This report from Techpoint on Nigeria's GDP also shows clearly that Tech is the new oil.

But universities are still teaching students outdated skills that are no longer in demand. They just can’t keep up with the demand of a fast-moving world.

Introducing Forward School Africa, your road to a technological career. Forward School Africa is a revolutionary online school that aims to train 100,000 young Africans to become certified Web3 Engineers within 5 years.

With a mission statement: Be in tech. We aim to provide world-class tech education in Web3, Coding, and Data.

Beyond just training, each student who completed their class projects will be awarded a NodeDegree — an NFT certificate as proof of their knowledge.

Forward School Africa web3 program is going to be in batches. Each batch will last for 8 weeks. Students are required to complete all their projects and be issued a NodeDegree in Web3.

The average annual salary of a doctor in Nigeria is $8,000. However, the average annual salary of a Web3 Engineer across the world is $27,000, 3 times more than a doctor’s.

In just 8 weeks of training, students are able to take on internship/entry-level roles in the industry with their integrated knowledge

The first batch will kickstart on the 9th of January 2023. Interested students are required to apply here before 3rd January 2023.

Be in Tech.

Apply for the Next Batch.
